What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Office Coordinator position at Advance Distribution Services?
We are in need of a CSR with top notch customer and account services experience.
Duties and responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:
- Process all inbound shipments and outbound orders to insure inventory accuracy.
- Schedule transportation times and dates for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Answer all customer questions and requests in a timely manner via phone and email.
- Effectively and cohesively work with warehouseman to carry out customer demands; such as order processing, cycle counts, lot counts, inventory, etc.
- Prepare and send reports per customer request.
- Organize and maintain customer files and paperwork sent to and received from the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Knowledge of all Microsoft/Windows based applications
- Familiar with warehousing and warehouse management software
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Exhibit a positive attitude while working under pressure and resolving conflict
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, keep attention to detail and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work as a team player and cross train with other CSR’s and accounts
- High school diploma
