Job Description : As a Supervisor you will have the opportunity to work in a team style environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in a steel fabrication warehouse. You will lead your team to ensure productivity, quality standards, and a positive work environment. This position does require previous experience. Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support your team in achieving operational targets.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
- Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, updates, and feedback.
- Prepare and maintain reports on team performance, productivity, and other key metrics.
- Handle employee concerns, provide support, and resolve conflicts effectively.
