Scrap Yard Worker
We're Hiring!
Come to work for a great company specializing in iron and metal products to work in the scrap yard assisting customers to unload scrap metal from vehicle and trailers in Aberdeen, SD! If you are a hands-on person who enjoys working outside, this is the job for you!
Job Duties :
- Assist customers with unloading their vehicles and trailers.
- Sort metal by type and store them in appropriate locations of the yard.
- Use a scale to weight the items and complete a ticket for customers as needed.
- Prepare metals for various production processes through shredders and shears.
- You'll be trained in steel processing machinery and equipment such as forklidts, bobcats, and cranes.

Shift : Day; Monday-Friday (Overtime Opportunities)
Hours : 7am - 5pm
