Job Description : As a QC Technician you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and related components meet strict quality standards and safety regulations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and functionality of our products. This position requires someone with excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring product quality.
This position does require previous experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections of parts
- Ensure compliance with safety, function, and design specifications.
- Conduct functional tests to ensure proper operation.
- Accurately record inspection results, document defects, and provide detailed reports on findings.
- Ensure that testing equipment is calibrated and maintained to meet accuracy standards.
- Use of precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) and basic firearm testing equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a workshop environment.
