Position Summary :
- Understand and oversee supplier connections with follow-up within portal
- Request and update supplier documents and connections if / when a supplier fails to provide requested information.
- Review supplier documentation for compliance to ofi food safety and quality expectations.
- Complete annual supplier verification checklists, confirming expectations have been met and the appropriate Procurement representative is notified with results.
- Review overall performance of each supplier (i.e. delivery time, number of complaints, certification status) and assign a scorecard for each. Maintain statistics for each supplier and report the high and low performers to Senior Management.
- Follow-up on Supplier Corrective Action reports if / when a supplier is charged with a non-conformance.
