Quality Control- 2nd Shift
Job Duties : - Understand and follow Safety and Quality rules, policies, and procedures.
Various label stock testing Paperwork, recordkeeping and filing. Wet chemical / product testing. Special testing. Calibration and troubleshooting of equipment. Sample preparation and record retention. Report Preparation (e.g. Non-conforming Product, Certificate of Analysis). Research, analysis and reporting of historical product performance. Assist in the development and interpretation of quality control specifications. Monitor laboratory material / chemical inventory and ensure stock remains in-supply. Perform other related duties and overtime as required Job Qualifications :
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures and other related documents and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with internal and external customers. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situation where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Essential Job Functions :
Required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, couch, or crawl. Lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
