- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance the effectiveness of our strategies.
- Assist in employee relations initiatives as needed to promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting or related fields, with a focus on executive recruiting preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and influence candidates effectively.
- Excellent research skills to identify potential candidates and market trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in relationship management to foster long-term connections with candidates and clients.
- Familiarity with recruitment software such as Salesforce is a plus.
