Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities. This role involves supporting various aspects of our business, from client interactions to administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through client communications and support.
- Manage and update client resumes, ensuring they meet industry standards.
- Assist with government contracting tasks, including research, documentation, and compliance.
- Create proposals and conduct research on SAM.gov.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for clients.
- Handle administrative duties, such as managing schedules and organizing documents.
- Must be able to handle additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with career coaching or resume writing is a plus.
- Knowledge of government contracting processes and familiarity with SAM.gov.
- Interest or experience in travel planning.
- Proficiency in administrative software and tools.
