What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist position at Advance Health and Wellness?
Advance Health and Wellness is seeks a detail-oriented assistant/receptionist.
Responsible: Answering all call, checking patients in, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, collections on delinquent patient accounts as well as insurance. Helping place patients on decompression machine, posting on social media, etc
Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
This is a full time or part time position
Hours of business (must be able to work these hours. If wanting full time more hours are available during non patient hours)
Monday 11:30am - 7:00pm
Tuesday - 11:30am - 7:00pm
Thursday 11:30pm - 7:00pm
Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm
