Job Description:
Looking for a flexible, part-time position? Our HOA Communities have 1 or 2 inspections per month. Inspectors drive or walk around looking for violations such as trash cans left out, landscaping not maintained, parking violations, and more. Inspectors are generally able to set their own hours and pick what day they do the inspection. They are assigned a few communities and will work with each Community Manager to know what to look for. Advance has an app that is compatible with Android or iPhone for Inspectors to use. Inspectors submit an invoice at the end of the month tracking the communities, hours, and mileage.
