What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Build Relationships: All our clients are C-level executives who own, operate, or invest in industrial real estate. Therefore, you will network extensively and connect with these types of professionals to identify new opportunities in industrial real estate. This includes prospecting calls, site visits, property tours, and industry events to build a strong pipeline of property owners, tenants, and buyers in the industrial real estate sector.
  • Advise Clients & Analyze Markets: Leverage predictive analytics and market research to offer strategic guidance to owners, investors, and corporate clients. Prepare and present property valuations, market surveys, and investment analyses.
  • Negotiate & Close Deals: Negotiate and facilitate real estate purchase agreements and corporate leases from start to finish. Ensure all transactions align with client objectives and our commitment to excellence. Guide clients through the real estate process while building long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with colleagues to share insights, refine processes, and set new industry standards. Participate in ongoing mentorship sessions and lessons to grow your skill set.

Key Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time, with a flexible schedule blending remote and in-office work.
  • Compensation: Be prepared financially to for a 100% commission position with unlimited earning potential typically ranging from $80,000 to $500,000 /year as we offer the best splits in the industry and the tools necessary to succeed.
  • License & Credentials: A valid driver’s license is required; a real estate license is required within 2 months of your start date.
  • Professional Development: We offer hands-on mentorship and resources for continuous learning.
  • Location: Primarily serving Central New Jersey, though we transact throughout the country
  • Access: To network of industry professionals, exclusive listings, leads, software, technology, databases, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
