Advance Industrial Mechanical (AIM) is seeking an experienced commercial HVAC service technician for our Augusta office. AIM is an HVAC service provider with a focus on preventative maintenance, equipment replacements, equipment upgrades, etc.... - Maybe required to move items up to 80 pounds using proper lifting techniques
- Must be able to safely work from a ladder, scaffolding, man-lift, and other equipment

- Maybe exposed to fumes, dust, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather, moving mechanical parts, and moderate-to-loud noise levels
- Must wear required and appropriate PPE and clothing as necessary
- Must show up to work promptly and on time as scheduled by your supervisor (schedule subject to change as needed)
