Advance Industrial Mechanical (AIM) is seeking an experienced commercial HVAC service technician for our Savannah office. AIM is an HVAC service provider with a focus on preventative maintenance, equipment replacements, equipment upgrades, etc.... Technicians must be driven and able to work independently.
Job Description :
Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications :
At least 2 years of verifiable experience.
Strong ability to diagnose and repair commercial systems.
EPA certification.
Clean driving record
Ability to pass drug testing and criminal background.
Previous experience in HVAC / R or other related fields
Familiarity with advanced low-voltage control circuitry
Knowledge of Energy management systems
Familiarity with HVAC / R wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
No criminal background
Solid, verifiable employment history and references
Strong customer service and communication skills
Clean driving record
Must be able to pass a random drug trust.

Requirements
Maybe required to move items up to 80 pounds using proper lifting techniques
Must be able to safely work from a ladder, scaffolding, man-lift, and other equipment
Maybe required to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods of time
Maybe exposed to fumes, dust, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather, moving mechanical parts, and moderate-to-loud noise levels
Must wear required and appropriate PPE and clothing as necessary
Must show up to work promptly and on time as scheduled by your supervisor (schedule subject to change as needed)
When applicable - Drive safe while at work and care for the company's vehicles (need to obtain / maintain a valid driver's license)
