Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Supervision : Manage and lead a team of HVAC technicians. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service.
- Scheduling & Dispatching : Oversee daily service schedules, dispatch technicians, and ensure timely completion of service calls.
- Customer Service : Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly. Strive to exceed customer expectations.
- Technical Expertise : Provide technical support to technicians when needed. Ensure that all work meets company and industry standards.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct quality checks on completed work. Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and parts. Ensure that necessary supplies are ordered and stocked.
