Available Positions:
Lead DSP
- Pay scale: $26.50-$30
- Tuesday through Saturday 545am-2pm - Rio Linda, CA (must be willing to work from Orangevale upon request).
Minimum Requirements:
- 6 months supervisory experience.
- 1 years experience implementing ABA w/ individuals who have developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.
- Must have an active drivers license and insurance.
- Must become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 60 days of hire.
Full job description:
Advance Kids is seeking compassionate, professional, and motivated DSP's/RBT's with supervisory experience to help grow our residential crisis programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our homes are in Rio Linda (serving children ages 12-17), Orangevale (serving adults ages 18 ), and coming soon to Shingle Springs (serving adults ages 18 )!
The Lead DSP is responsible for mentoring the members of the team on their shift, identifying training opportunities and coaching their team to greatness. The Lead DSP is actively involved in the days of the homes residents and coordinates outings, appointments, medications, meals and the upkeep of the home with them/on their behalf and guides their DSPs on shift to achieve these goals. The Lead DSP is also heavily involved in the supervision of their DSP's adherence to treatment plans, company policies, and state regulations and ensures their teams understanding, as well as their own. The Lead DSP keeps safety as a top priority and actively seeks to meet the safety needs of their residents, team, and the home. Pay: $26.50 - $33.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
