Cloud Theory is a small, nimble company seeking a fully remote Cloud Solutions Architect with an entrepreneurial mindset.
We release code daily, avoid red tape and lead the automotive and travel industries in market analytics and AI-driven marketing automation.
As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will design and develop solutions using web, cloud computing and data technologies primarily in the Microsoft stack. You will work both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within a product team for brainstorming and team building.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent degree and/or work experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience with C#/ ASP.NET , JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Microsoft SQL Server
- Minimum 8 years engineering API integrations and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) jobs
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Git, Automated Testing, Azure DevOps, Azure Entra ID and Azure Portal (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with NoSQL and BigData technology
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Blazor and OpenAI
- Experience mentoring junior developers and authoring both code standards and architecture diagrams
- Experience using MVC (Model, View Controller) architecture, DDD (Domain Driven Design), design patterns and building software at scale with microservices
- Experience performing proof of concepts of new technology and leading major technology upgrades
