We are searching for a well-organized, reliable Electronics Technician to join our excellent company and team of top-notch producers in achieving production excellence for our organization.
In this position you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and resolving equipment issues with associated support systems for our commercial print and packaging facility.
To be successful as an electronics technician you should demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude along with the ability to read pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical schematics or blueprints, diagnose equipment failures in a deadline driven environment. Experience with troubleshooting various PLC controls including Allen-Bradley PLCs a plus. Experience with conveyor systems, three-phase motor control circuits including knowledge of AC and DC drives required. This individual will work closely with production managers and production teams to assure highest systems reliability to meet our customer needs. Outstanding electronics technicians can use a wide range of resources to solve problems and feel comfortable working alone and in a team environment.

2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sunday thru Thursday.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble and/or modify electrical and electronic systems according to engineering data and electrical principles.
- Analyze and interpret test information to resolve failures, upgrades and new installations.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Setup, operate, and test equipment; provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered.
- Operate all power and manual tools in accordance with all health and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree, trade school degree and/or equivalent work experience in electronics.
- Candidate must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
- Solid written, verbal and telephonic communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed to cover production schedules.
