The Email Operations Associate Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate processing and deployment of email requests on behalf of both external and internal clients. This role supports email campaign requests across multiple business units for 12 markets and 16 brands including Vogue; Architectural Digest; Vanity Fair; GQ; WIRED.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Create and update email templates based on brand requests
Build and launch dedicated email campaigns in preexisting templates
QA email campaigns for clarity, grammar, spelling, link functionality and inbox display
Set-up and QA subscriber journey email flows
Create and share best practices for email creation and set-up
Enforce design and compliance requirements
Essential Skills & Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years email marketing experience
Experience using marketing automation or email marketing tools. Sailthru experience is a plus.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced working environment
Proficiency with Google documents & spreadsheets (or Excel/Word)
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate working knowledge of HTML/CSS code
Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team
Working knowledge of 1st and 3rd party data is a plus.
This is a guild position.
The expected base salary range for this position is from $71,000-$80,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
