New York, NYConde Nast is looking for a Commerce Partnerships Manager within the Commerce organization, reporting to the Associate Director, Commerce Partnerships. Focusing on Affiliate Commerce partnerships, the Commerce Partnerships Manager will play a key role in growing the commerce business across 11 Condé Nast brands. This position is designed to establish, develop, and deepen relationships with partners to efficiently scale the business. The role is client service oriented and will set standards of excellence in the end-to-end partnership lifecycle.
The Commerce Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships with commerce partners to increase commerce revenue in a mutually beneficial way. The individual will work closely with several internal cross-functional partners, including commerce brand leads, commerce analytics, and advertising sales teams, as well as external stakeholders like affiliate networks, SaaS platforms, etc. This role requires a deep understanding of each brand’s commerce business and affiliate KPIs. This individual will analyze performance data and work with the commerce editorial teams to identify opportunities, as well as manage inbound requests and RFPs. Successful managers will be able to provide best-in-class service to partners, providing proposals, campaign updates, regular communication, and insightful reporting in a timely manner, while also focusing on growing the commerce business.
This role will be responsible for the [fashion/luxury/multibrand retail] [big box/beauty/tech/home/travel] verticals. Experience in these specific verticals is a plus.

Key responsibilities:
Proactively manage a book of business from scaled Affiliate Commerce Partnerships program to supporting strong delivery of large scale partnerships at big box retailers
Establish, develop, and deepen relationships with Affiliate Commerce partners
Develop pitches that meet the needs of the partner while simultaneously growing the Condé commerce business
Provide insightful monthly and campaign reporting to partners
Deliver high-quality service to uphold Condé standards
Collaborate with commerce editorial brand leads to identify new opportunities and manage partner performance
Analyze merchant-level performance data to identify opportunities
Effectively communicate business performance to senior leadership team
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
2-4 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, paid media, advertising sales/business development, and/or account management
Proven ability to think creatively and solve problems, with strong quantitative and strategic thinking skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with partners
Excellent organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and setting clear priorities under tight deadlines
Self-driven and a self-starter, with the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
High energy and a strong teamwork mentality, with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals
The expected base salary range for this position is from $75,000-$95,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
