Location:
New York, NYWe are seeking rising college seniors who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree to join an exciting 10-week summer internship experience starting June 9th, 2025. As an early career professional, you will be part of a paid internship program that will include a robust learning and training curriculum, mentorship from employees in your selected field, access to senior leaders, and more. As an intern, you will be assigned challenging projects based on the area of the business you will be supporting. In your role, you will have the opportunity to contribute and make a real impact.
Candidates must be:
Rising senior graduating in 2026
Ability to work out of our 1 WTC office on a hybrid basis (4x a week on site)
Available June 9, 2024 - August 18, 2025

Digital Operations Intern
In this role, the Digital Operations Intern will support teams that work on projects related, but not limited to advertising product innovations, monetization & yield, media planning, campaign execution, data and more.
As part of the Global Digital Operations team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams (ex: Ad Innovation & Performance, Revenue Operations, Digital Media Strategy, Campaign Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Data) to gain hands-on professional experience by owning and contributing to key projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist Digital Operations teams in the execution and management of digital projects - information gathering, analysis, summaries and project management
Provide recommendations on process optimizations to improve operational efficiency
Research and stay up-to-date with digital trends and tools to support operations & identify opportunities for growth
General operational support.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Strong presentation, communication and relationship building skills
Basic understanding of and interest in sales and marketing
Pursuing a degree in but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Communications or a related major
Ability to efficiently multitask and adhere to deadlines
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Google suite preferred
Hourly: $25/hr
