Job Description Location: New York, NY Vogue’s private membership community - Vogue100 - is seeking a confident and customer centric experience manager with a strong background in client services to join the team. The ideal candidate has experience in luxury clienteling, working with premium customers and partners, coupled with a thorough understanding of fashion editorial and consumer content. We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated person to join this growing business; someone who is passionate about designing and delivering the highest level of management for Vogue100 members worldwide. Exceptional knowledge of the lifestyle membership industry, VIP client services and Vogue are a must, as is the flexibility to work with remote teams and a willingness to travel. Key Duties & Responsibilities: ● Independently manage and maintain a portfolio of clients / members ● Deliver an excellent customer experience for our clients via email, phone and curated in-person experiences by being highly responsive and agile with communications. ● Set and work within agreed goals ● Demonstrate responsible decision making for customer escalations, encouraging quick resolution for the customer ● Contribute to and provide input into the overall Vogue100 proposition (this includes events, programming, tone of voice, marketing materials) and continue to develop this groundbreaking membership proposition in collaboration with the rest of the Vogue100 team. ● Build relationships with key functions of the luxury fashion industry (both internally at Conde Nast and beyond) to secure bespoke and compelling experience opportunities for members Essential Skills & Requirements: ● 2-3 years of experience working in a client service position ● Strong knowledge of luxury consumers across North America, Europe, Asia. ● Resourceful and problem-solving oriented ● Ability to handle multiple long-range projects, while prioritizing the upkeep of daily tasks ● Confident with a ‘can-do’ attitude ● Sociable, out-going and able to represent the Vogue brand in a customer facing role ● Exceptionally high level attention to detail ● Fluency in a second language is highly desirable.
