This full-time HVAC Service Department Manager position works Monday to Friday, from 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM, with a 1-hour lunch. This position earns a competitive salary plus bonuses. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HVAC SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER
As our HVAC Manager, you have the primary responsibility of managing our HVAC service team which include dispatchers, technicians, and apprentices. With a friendly disposition, you interact and assist customers and you also take care of inventory management and estimating large repairs. You focus on making every working hour a profitable hour. Every shift you are busy taking client calls, tracking all work, collecting information, creating tickets, following up with technicians or customers, and more. You follow all company standards and produces and ensure technicians are doing the same. You feel accomplished knowing you keep our HVAC department running smoothly!

Requirements:
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word and Office
- Clean Driving Record
- Good Attitude
- Customer service experience
- 5 years of HVAC service experience
- 2 years of experience in a management role
- Ability to prioritize and work with distractions
- Dispatch or fleet management experience preferred but not required
