Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of an office. This position will work closely with the Administration Team and their clients to ensure a smooth day-to-day workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, administrative and clerical skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administrative tasks of the office, including but not limited to: scheduling appointments, managing calendars
- Maintain and organize files and records.
- Provide support to clients by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Automotive shop or Dealership Experience (preferred)
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
COMPENSATION:
- $16-$20/ hour
- Full time position
- Mon-Fri 8 AM- 5 PM
