Account Manager
Responsibilities
- As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions, leveraging leads and business opportunities provided by Advance.
- Manage both inbound and outbound business-to-business sales calls effectively.
- Routinely follow up with current and prospective clients to maintain and grow relationships.
- Accurately document all interactions and activities with client accounts.
- Work with internal teams to create and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving sales goals.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to close deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Manage and fulfill customer orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from order placement to delivery.
Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
- Experience in Salesforce is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
