What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production/Assembly Lead position at Advance Products and Systems, LLC?
- Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations
- Verifies that parts meet tolerance and product specifications
- Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications
- Perform daily preventive maintenance
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment
- Performs in-process inspection and reports any nonconformance to the supervisor.
- Committed to meeting customer’s expectations including product quality, appearance, and delivery time
- Open to change, training and submitting suggestion for improvements to the department
- Requires physical, reliable, dependable full-time attendance at the worksite to perform duties
- Reports to Department Supervisor
- Preferred High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
