As an Engineering Documentation Specialist, you will provide essential administrative and data entry support to our engineering department. You will help facilitate communication between engineering and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in an engineering environment while contributing to important processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain technical data in our company systems.
- Department Coordination: Facilitate clear communication between engineering and other teams, including operations and manufacturing.
- Administrative Support: Compile reports, prepare presentations, and assist with project documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to document control and workflow efficiency.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The likely salary range for this position is $17.00/hour to $22.00/hour. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, API considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
