About us:
There is strength in numbers!
Hybrid Position at 48 N.Pleasant Street, Amherst, MA 01002
If you've been toying with going into private practice but do not want to deal with all that comes with it (billing, rental space, credentialing, EHRs, etc.), then look no further. Advance Psychotherapy Practice, was created in 2019 to bring a group of dynamic therapists together to provide a wide range of treatment modalities to Western Mass. We provide therapy to all age ranges - from infants to elders, and use the latest research-based treatments such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). All of our therapists have undergone training as part of their individual practices in order to provide treatment to clients with measurable results.
You will be able to practice with autonomy, make your own schedule, and not be pressured with mountains of paperwork. You'll have the support of a dynamic team of therapists from all different backgrounds and be connected weekly to colleagues in the practice both in-person and on our group supervision round tables.
Advance Psychotherapy Practice (APP) is an ever-growing and evolving group psychotherapy practice serving clients in Amherst, Northampton, Southwick, and remotely statewide. We encourage our therapists to be creative and develop their passion for practice by creating groups, programs, and other treatment options for clients... all with the support of our amazing team.
This is an hourly position with a well-above-agency pay rate, paid time off, practice-contributed healthcare, training stipend, yearly bonus potential, and pretax 401K option. We also provide hourly weekly supervision for LCSWs.
This position is considered Hybrid - in-person/remote options open for negotiation.
About you:
We are looking for a full time Psychotherapist who specializes in working with clients (of all ages - work with kids and teens always in demand). You'll have a caseload of approx. 25 clients weekly and with the opportunity to provide amazing care to our clients in person and remotely.
