Job Overview & Work Site
What We Treat
Patient care comprises approximately 75% of your role. Our therapists manage a diverse caseload, providing high-quality care across a range of conditions. You’ll be supported by a multidisciplinary team dedicated to collaboration and excellence.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Conduct employee annual reviews and competency assessments.
- Assist with onboarding new staff and integrating them into our agency and Advance Rehabilitation Management Group.
- Provide ongoing training to ensure compliance with home health care regulations and best practices.
- Support new hires with documentation training and monitor EMR usage for accuracy and efficiency.

Compensation is structured based on visit type, with a base salary for administrative leadership duties.

License & Experience
Requirements for this position include the following:
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active or pending state physical therapist license
