Administrative Responsibilities
- Conduct employee annual reviews and competency assessments.
- Assist with onboarding new staff and integrating them into our agency and Advance Rehabilitation Management Group.
- Provide ongoing training to ensure compliance with home health care regulations and best practices.
- Support new hires with documentation training and monitor EMR usage for accuracy and efficiency.
