Job Summary :
We are looking for a HR Associate to support our Human Resources department and help streamline operations.
The HR Associate supports the HR department by assisting with various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and general administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records in the HRIS system.
- Process employee data changes, such as contact information and position changes.
- Prepare and analyze basic HR reports to support HR initiatives.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and supporting a positive work environment.
- Ensure HR records and practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Assist in preparing compliance-related reports and audits.
- Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Support hiring managers in coordinating interview logistics and preparing interview materials.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and organizing company events.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives, providing research, coordination, and administrative support as needed.
