What are the responsibilities and job description for the EHS Sales Advisor position at Advance Sourcing Concepts, LLC?
We are looking for an EHS Sales Advisor to contact our existing clients and review their safety needs by utilizing our database of their past purchases, understand their safety concerns and challenges, educate them on the safety products and services we offer, and introduce them to our SafetyCare program and how it can help them with their drive to zero injuries.
You would be a great fit for our team if you like to combine your knowledge of EHS and / or workplace safety with superior listening and communication skills and an outgoing personality to build instant rapport with our clients. Your skills will further our goal of increasing the amount of safety products and services our clients purchase. If you enjoy talking to people and want to play an active role in assisting our clients reduce workplace injuries, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities :
- Participate in product and services training so you can confidently sell, upsell and cross-sell Client's offerings
- Place outbound calls to existing clients from our headquarters located in Philadelphia
- Using a consultative approach, facilitate the entire sales process from initiation of the outbound call through finalization of the sale
- Increase the annual spend of each account assigned to you
- Update contact information and other data in the company database
- Respond swiftly and courteously to inquiries from clients assigned to you
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss goals, results and what the company can do to help you achieve success
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communications
- Keep management informed of all activities, including preparation of call reports

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
