What You’ll Do:
- MUST be able to operate a manual transmission.
- Prep vehicles prior to and following technician's repairs.
- Greet customers with a smile and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
- Schedule appointments and maintain a well-organized shop calendar.
- Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle needs, repair estimates, and timelines.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our team of skilled technicians.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with invoicing.
- Pick up and drop off parts.
- Pick up and drop off customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of front office area.
What We’re Looking For:
- MUST be able to operate a manual transmission.
- Previous experience in customer service (automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about automotive services.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling or invoicing software is a bonus).
