Advance Testing, an established New York-based construction materials testing and inspection firm with several offices throughout the Northeast, has an opportunity available for a Human Resources Assistant.
Human Resources Assistant – RESPONSIBLITIES
- Assist HR with onboarding of new employees and new hire paperwork
- Assist with Job Fairs and recruiting
- Help with office paperwork and various other office tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Assist HR with internal inquiries and requests from existing employees and new hires
- Track and Manage open positions
- Must be willing to step in and assist outside of normal day to day responsibilities when needed
Human Resources Assistant - QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources preferred
- Experience in human resources required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Must be detail oriented, organized and can prioritize, and able to work independently
- Excellent communications skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- People person, enthusiastic, go getter
- Ability to clearly communicate with candidates, supervisors and other staff
- Requires a valid, clean driver’s license
