Position Summary
A Lease Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of leasing for deals as assigned by Leasing Leadership. This includes entering credit applications, buyouts, funding, and lease returns. This position requires the ability to think critically and communicate well while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and achieve the Flex Technology Group’s Mission and Vision.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Facilitate and complete rep requests as related to new orders, ongoing transactions, and lease related inquiries. such as lease approvals, buyouts, upgrades, invoice questions.
- Process all net new customer credit checks through third party credit reporting vendor.
- Process assigned lease deals through E-Automate.
- Compile funding packets for leasing companies to fund transactions.
- Work with leasing partners on issues related to new deals and/or current customers to ensure compliance and profitability.
- Facilitate lease transaction details with leasing partners as assigned.
- Facilitate transfer and assumption, letters of intent, and insurance documents to leasing partners.
- Assist with lease return authorization submissions with warehouse team for device return for devices in inventory.
- Monitor New Deal submissions and process for delegation as assigned.
- Effectively communicate and work with peers and other departments and management as required.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree preferred or minimum 1 year of experience working with equipment orders, lease funding and pricing, or similar experience is required.
- Beginner to intermediate level experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills and experience, including written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working understanding of basic mathematical calculations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand process dependencies and relationships.
- Strong time management and organizational skills; able to prioritize, manage, and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to learn, grow, and develop.
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience working with equipment orders, lease funding and pricing or similar experience is required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
