Advance, a Flex Technology Group company, is seeking a Service Desk Technician Tier I to work out of our Cockeysville headquarters who is motivated to support our growing Managed IT clientele and has a genuine desire to help improve local businesses through technology. The hourly pay range for this role is $18.50-$20.50.
ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU WILL
· Assessment, escalation and resolution of client issues in an efficient and timely manner
· Ensure customer satisfaction and communication
· Documentation of all technical steps taken during troubleshooting and any necessary next steps as well as time spent with client
· Work and communicate effectively will all levels of the Managed IT Department
WHO YOU ARE
· Windows 10/11 experience (1 year minimum required)
· Networking experience (1 year minimum required)
· Active Directory/Azure Active Directory experience (1 year minimum preferred)
· CompTIA A certification (preferred)
· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
· Basic understanding of network environments and workstation operations
· Excellent Customer service skills
· Solid Organizational skills
· Active listening skills
