We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will facilitate relationships with providers and members, ensuring smooth communication and effective coordination. You will collaborate with providers and stakeholders through email, phone, and in-person meetings, as well as manage various projects to track goals and referrals. This position requires confidentiality, discretion, and the ability to handle complex tasks with tact and professionalism.
The position is Hybrid work from home. You will need to have a 27" or larger monitor, keyboard, and mouse to use with our company-issued laptop. (If you are coming to the office to pick up your equipment, we can loan you the monitors, keyboard, and mouse as well). You must have high-speed internet.
Candidates must be self-directed, highly organized, and able to manage a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between providers and members, maintaining professional and responsive communication.
- Coordinate meetings via email, phone, and in-person as needed.
- Innovate and implement solutions to improve workflow and job efficiency.
- Work on assigned projects, including tracking goals and managing referrals.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare accurate and detailed progress reports.
- Attend in-person meetings at various locations to meet client needs.

- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities.
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in preparing neat, accurate, and complete reports.
- Effective verbal and written communication with staff and external partners.
- Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and valid liability insurance.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Docs, and other digital tools.
Work Environment: This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of remote work combined with required travel to attend in-person meetings.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or corporate environment is preferred.
- Satisfactory criminal background check.
- High-speed internet for remote work.
- Ability to attend in-person meetings and travel as required.
- Proven ability to accept constructive feedback and meet attendance standards.
You must be flexible and willing to work and learn on the fly! You should be comfortable with software and technology and be an organized person overall.
