In this position, you are prepared to support our growing commercial installation division by scheduling and dispatching crews as well as ordering equipment and materials. You'll also maintain project labor hours within acceptable limits and request change orders as needed to maintain the profitability of jobs.
This HVAC Service Tech - Installation Tech Lead position earns a competitive $35 an hour, depending on skills. We also provide excellent benefits which include medical, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid holidays, sick pay, paid time off (PTO), a company vehicle, opportunities for advancement, and a $1200 / year tool program. HVAC SERVICE TECH - INSTALLATION TECH LEAD QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years installation and service technician experience
- Understanding of industry safety and compliance practices
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Leadership skills
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
- Must be able to relocate to Show Low, AZ, or the surrounding areas if hired
