About the role
We're looking to hire an Instructional Systems Designer to join our Courseware team and support the development of high-quality eLearning content for Part 135 (Charter) and Part 91 (Corporate) flight departments. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), training solutions managers, and other team members to design, develop, and enhance training modules that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

What you"ll do
- Design and Develop Aviation eLearning Content
Collaborate with regulators, clients and SMEs to gather content and ensure technical accuracy and relevance of training materials.
Conduct quality assurance checks on eLearning modules to ensure consistency, clarity, and functionality.
Stay informed about trends and technologies in instructional design and eLearning.
Work closely with other instructional designers, developers, and project managers to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products.
What you"ll need
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Aviation, or a related field.
Proficient in eLearning authoring tools and multimedia tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator).
Previous experience in aviation training or working with Part 135 / Part 91 flight departments.
