Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in various non medical healthcare settings. Caregivers are expected to deliver high-quality care to enhance the well-being of our clients. This role is essential in ensuring the comfort and safety of those we serve.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders
- Monitor client health by observing changes in physical and emotional condition and reporting concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation.
- Engage clients in social activities and companionship to promote mental well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Document care provided and any changes in client condition accurately.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an In Home Caregiver or in a related healthcare role is preferred.
- Reliable Transportation to clients home
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating compassion and patience in all interactions.

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
