Busy podiatric medical office in Swansea is seeking a full-time Medical Office Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, friendly individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients efficiently and professionally.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records.
- Verify and update patient information in the system.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth workflow and positive patient experience.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed to support office operations.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in a medical office setting is helpful but not required—training will be provided.
- Must live within 20 miles of the practice.
- Positive attitude with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and co-workers.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with data entry tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
