Billing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, billing various home warranty companies/customers, and resolving issues efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring that invoices are accurate, processed in a timely manner. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A background in customer service is preferred.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and provide information about products and services.
• Prepare, process, and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Review billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.
• Monitor payments and update customer accounts accordingly.
• Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and issues.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills are required to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with quickbooks is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Pay: $29,120.00 - $35,360.00 per year
