THE BASICS OF THE ROLE
Schedule: This position is full-time, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will report directly to job sites from your home.
As an Inside and Outside Sales Representative, your day starts at home, with your first stop being a job site or meeting in Washington or Iron County-no need to check in at an office. You call inbound leads, make outbound calls, and follow up with referrals, working alongside contractors and new homeowners to deliver customized water solutions. Some days take you up north, but we've got your gas, food, and lodging covered. Whether you're networking with contractors or closing a homeowner referral, every day brings new opportunities to make an impact (and a great commission).
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of outside sales experience
- Industry experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

- Professional grooming and appearance
