We are seeking a results-driven professional to oversee large-scale projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to engage, inform and collaborate with stakeholders, insuring clear understanding and alignment of projects
- Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Plan, manage and monitor construction operations to ensure that the project deadlines are met and adjust resources as necessary in addressing delays or changes in scope.
- Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to enhance the design and construction of our world-record-setting aquariums.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
· 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
· PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
· Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
· Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
· Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
