Key Responsibilities Of The Project Manager:
- Lead End-to-End Project Delivery - Manage all aspects of international project execution including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with contractual goals.
- Drive Construction and Site Operations - Plan and oversee on-site activities to meet deadlines, adjust resources as needed, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
- Engage and Align Stakeholders with Excellent Communication Skills - Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, teams, and partners to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and resolve issues early.
- Control Risk and Costs - Mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and ensure strong cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster High-Performance Teams - Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Ensure Accurate Documentation - Maintain detailed and timely project records including reports, budgets, schedules, and variation logs.
- Champion Innovation - Contribute creative solutions to enhance the design and delivery of world-class aquariums.
Qualifications & Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience leading construction projects — ideally with international scope or complexity.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Strong working knowledge of site operations, procurement, logistics, and HSEQ standards.
- Confident communicator with excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable navigating cross-cultural environments and working with global teams.
