We are looking for a seasoned Value Stream Excellence Leader to oversee multiple internal operations and drive strategic objectives at Advanced Atomization Technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of delivering results, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of accountability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, and providing leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching, and mentoring. They will also be accountable for driving continuous improvement for all business metrics, including cycle time, OTD, FTY, efficiency, scrap, and takt.
This role requires strong practical knowledge of Lean principles, experience leading or working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and in-depth manufacturing background and experience.
