- Administrative stuff. Our Admin teams that take care of all the authorizations, patient onboarding, billing, etc, so you can focus on doing what you do best – providing compassionate care!

The requirements to be a BCBA superhero at AACT:
- BCBA License or significant progress towards certification.
- Master's degree in special education, psychology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of early childhood and autism assessment tools, child development, and experience in developing positive behavior support plans.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis, discrete trial training, and effective communication with clients, parents, and professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to new skills and qualifications, and travel independently to rural/remote locations.
