Summary
As a Registered Behavior Technician at Advanced Autism Services, you will play a vital role in delivering effective ABA therapy to children in need. This position is essential to our mission of improving the lives of our clients while offering you the opportunity to grow professionally in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in their home environment.
- Monitor and document client progress and behavior changes accurately.
- Assist clients in developing social skills and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and support in therapy goals.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain it.
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation and care plans.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology is a plus.
