Job Responsibilities:
Customer contact and customer service
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to auto collision services.
- Utilize strong communication skills to engage with clients via phone and in-person, ensuring a positive experience.
- Enter and manage customer data accurately in the system, maintaining organized records.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance client satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Handle cash transactions and perform outbound calls as needed, demonstrating effective phone etiquette
