AAC is seeking a Network Analyst for an exciting opportunity in downtown Columbia, SC. This position would require the ability to obtain a government clearance.
Candidate must be able / willing to work 1st (7 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm EST), 2nd (1 PM to 11 PM) or 3rd (10 : 00 pm to 8 : 00 am EST) shifts as required. For the first month, this position will work regular shift, M-F (8-5 PM). The NOC operates Monday through Sunday, 24x7. Personnel work four, 10 hour days per week. These could include Saturdays and Sundays. Candidate must be willing to work on Saturday and / or Sunday if the schedule dictates it.
Minimum Candidate Requirements :
- Associate’s degree in computer science or related IT field; OR
- CompTIA Security certification; OR
- 2 years of experience in Windows Active Directory, network, and IT operations and IT hardware support; OR
- 2 years IT Help Desk support experience in a Windows Active Directory environment
- Basic knowledge of network routing and switching
- Excellent customer service
- Knowledge of SCCM
- Knowledge of SolarWinds or other enterprise monitoring tools
