AAC is seeking a Senior IT Project Leader for our client working on-site (hybrid) in Columbia, SC.
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Leader for the PMO Department. This position is responsible for managing teams of technical and business professionals to deliver IT solutions to the Client and its partners. The Senior IT Project Leader acts as a single point of contact for all project-related activities and information. The Senior IT Project Leader must possess the ability to understand, translate, and apply Waterfall and Agile concepts in driving the work to be accomplished.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, Finance or other related field
· Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
· Experience managing complex technology projects
· Thorough knowledge of Waterfall-based project management
· Familiarity with Agile and Scrum principles
· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to team and management
· Successful relationship builder as it relates to managing teams and interacting with stakeholders/customers
· Willingness to be a continuous learner
· Ability to manage competing demands.
· Excellent organizational skills
· At least intermediate level skills using Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
